crewing
Forming the core of our day to day operations, the Group currently employs approximately 400 seafarers onboard 35 vessels for a variety of different customers (figures as at 02/2010).
Using a well established global network of crewing sub-agents, our
crewing teams are able to source appropriately trained, qualified
and certified marine personnel to meet our customer’s exact
requirements be it from supply of a single crew member right up to
the entire crew compliment.
We are also able to provide specialist “riding squads”
to assist our client’s with the deck / engine maintenance /
repairs of the vessel whilst the vessel remains in operation.
In conjunction with our supply of crew we also provide an efficient
and simple to administer payroll service to ensure a well motivated
crew.
Our web based interface “CrewManager.net”
enables our customers to view online details and documentation of
the crewmembers placed on board their vessels at any time.

personnel attend extra Bridge Management Team Courses before they
can be employed on board our fleet.
Our aim is to provide consistency of crew on board our client’s
